New guidelines about kids and screen time

According to Common Sense Media, tweens log 4 1/2 hours of screen time a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. For teens, it's even higher: nearly seven hours a day. And that doesn't include time spent using devices for school or in school.

Use of crosswalks at BYMS

Please remind students to use the crosswalks provided and to not cross street without using a crosswalk. It is also important that students do not cross the parking lot to meet their parents. Parents are asked to pull along the curb for drop off and pick up to allow others to access the area. Thank you.
